1. The trial
You get 30 days free when you start. We require a card up front to verify the trial, but we don't charge it during the trial. Cancel before day 31 from the billing page and you won't be billed at all.
When you start a LeadQ trial or pay for a subscription, you agree to the points below. No legal-speak — just what we'll do, what you'll do, and what happens if things go wrong.

Billed monthly by Stripe at your plan's price: £19 for Solo, £49 for Plus, £129 for Pro. Prices include VAT where it applies, based on the billing country Stripe sees — the price you see is the price you pay. Your price stays the same for at least 12 months from when you started — we won't raise it on a paying customer without 30 days' notice.
7-day refund window on your first paid month — email support and we'll process it the same day. After that first month, partial-month refunds aren't standard (unless your local law says otherwise). Duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
Cancel any time from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No retention emails, no "are you sure" loops — one click and Stripe confirms it.
Setup, scanning, replies, drafts, customer memory, billing, licence activation. By email — usually a one-day reply, faster for billing issues. Today the supported channels are Facebook Groups and Messenger; other platforms come later and aren't yet under support.
Solo: one workspace. Plus: three workspaces. Pro: ten workspaces. Full feature lists are on the pricing page. Every plan runs on one active device at a time — if you switch laptop or browser, deactivate the old device in the extension first. Every plan is single-operator today — seats for additional team members aren't available yet.
Don't use LeadQ to send spam or automate outreach — the product is designed so you approve every message, and we'll suspend accounts that try to bypass that. Don't try to scrape data outside the channels you've connected. Don't share your account with multiple operators (that's what multi-seat will be for).
Stripe handles checkout, recurring billing, invoices, and the customer portal. We see that you paid; Stripe sees your card. Manage your subscription opens the Stripe portal where you can update card, download invoices, or cancel.
If we change anything meaningful here — pricing structure, refund policy, what's in the plan — we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Small clarifications (typo fixes, plainer wording of the same rule) we just update.
