These terms cover trial access, plan allowances, support scope, refund approach, and billing handling for LeadQ customers. Public product scope is Facebook posts plus Facebook Messenger chat only.

LeadQ currently applies a 7-day refund window for the first purchase, no refund for partial-month usage after that unless required by law, and full refunds for duplicate charges.
Support is provided by email and is intended to cover Facebook group setup issues, Facebook post scanning issues, Facebook Messenger follow-up issues, Grow workflow issues, and licence activation issues.
Checkout, subscription handling, and billing management are handled through Stripe. The `/manage/` route may be used for billing access or customer portal routing. Paid access after the trial still uses a LeadQ licence.
LeadQ Solo currently includes 1 workspace and 1 active device. Multi-business and agency tiers are in development and will be announced separately.
Solo includes Facebook post scanning, Facebook Messenger follow-up, the core LeadQ workflow (Discover, Engage, Grow), and core AI tools (AI Prospect Review and reply drafting).
A LeadQ licence is intended for one customer account across the number of active devices included in the selected plan. You can remove old devices from your account page if you switch machine or browser.
